Apartments are converted rooms. Some of the kitchens are built from the linen closets. Many units have beds on platforms near the ceiling. Very old and dirty apartments with broken furniture. Many of the windows are bolted shut so they do not have proper ventilation to rid the smell of paint and smoke from previous tenants. more
