West Eleventh townhouse was great...a true New York/Greenwich Village experience instead of just another hotel room. Main room is nice and large, with a separate sitting room. Kitchen and bath are very small, but certainly good enough for a short stay. Marcucci apt. is on the top floor...very quiet but be prepared for the stairs! All in all, a wonderful... more

West Eleventh townhouse is hard to describe without overindulging in superlatives. It is simply unbelievable that such a place actually exist in such a perfect location. The appartment I've stayed in (The Monet) is spacious, luminous, with three huge windows opening on gardens and leafy trees... it is therefore quieter than my home in Montreal, and we're talking dowtown NYC.... more

We waited for at least 15 minutes sitting on doorstep in heat and humidity, in spite of phoning as instructed, before the door was opened and caretaker appeared.
