I do not know how this place could get so many positive reviews -- unless the owners of Yourstay are writing these. Our experience is much like I found others had posted. Having read some of the more negative reviews we were worried - but don't be. Just got back from staying in Herald Towers 5 nights with family of four. It is definitely self-catering accommodation not an hotel - so don't expect hotel services. You collect your key not from a receptionist but from a tenant of one of the other... more

The location is perfect for people who want to explore New York City. Macy's is adjacent, the Empire State Building is just down the street.
