The staff is very bad and not helpful. I have booked by phone and when arrived I didn't have a room. So they put me in another one. I've stayed here for 15 min!! The hole places stinks, is dirty, the bathrooms are very dirty! Harlem is a bad place to stay: dangerous and far away from the centre. more
