When we got to the room it wreaked of cigarette smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. After complaining to the front desk, they claimed that the hotel was completely booked and they could not move us. They put a machine in our room while we were out at dinner that they claimed would clear out the bad smell.... more

As hotels go the W is pretty good. I had a great experience with the staff, they were friendly and helpful without being either over officious or haughty. The room was ok - pretty clean, average room decor. My problem was with the overall atmosphere of the hotel. This is not somewhere to stay if you are there for business.... more
