I booked two rooms for my wife's 50th birthday, one for my love and I, and one for our three children. Since, we are close to NYC, we opted to use Airbrook limo services to get there and back. The reason being that parking in Manhattan, especially valet parking is extremely dear. We actually saved money by using a limo... more

I stayed here for 3 wonderful nights late last month using a certificate for a free 3rd night that Four Seasons graciously sent me. I had stayed here before about 10 years ago and little seems changed in the public areas. The former 5757 restaurant is now the hot L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon, and the TY lounge was an unused... more

Staff didn't even know that there are two breakfast locations! We made reservations to meet friends. We asked where breakfast was served.Told only one place but they had no reservation. Meanwhile our friends were waiting at the second location - where there was a reservation under our name. At the exhorbitant prices the Four Seasons charges the staff should be... more

Yet again, a lovely weekend wearing my corporate wife hat. I'm trying to sleep my way around the Four Seasons chain - a girl has to have ambition! (NB Same husband at each hotel though) We had a corner room on 21st floor - lots of room, but not much furniture. Felt a bit empty at first but got used... more

This really is a fantastic hotel. We were upgraded on arrival (thanks!) and our room was absolutely huge. Previous stays in NYC have generally involved tiny rooms, but not this time. Saying that, it is eye-wateringly expensive. One grumble. When ordering a cheese and tomato omlette for breakfast, I would have thought that they could source a better cheese than... more

Just arrived from the Four Seasons New York and loved it. At our arrival, we received a better room than the one we reserved. The reception gave us the room #2805, on the 28th floor, facing 57th St. Woowww! A corner room, with a view! As advice, observe that after the 24th floor, there is no other buildings at this... more

We had a wonderful time at the Four Seasons New York. My boyfriend and I spent 2 nights here late January, and the hotel is in the perfect location if you are looking for top of the line shopping and incredible restaurants (not to mention Central Park!) The rooms are huge -- I could not believe the size because NYC... more

We stayed again at the Four Seasons NY, for my son's birthday celebration. It's hard not to like this place, where they pamper you endlessly, even if you're not a celebrity. During the Christmas season, there's a "beany baby" tree in the lobby, which the kids get to pick from at every meal, or just walking by. (The hotel is... more

Hotel has a very asian flare. Expansive Lobby and comfy beds. Doormen and Concierge are world class. But the hotel still does not have wireless internet. How is this possible at a 5 star hotel in 2008? Our closet was the size of my first apartment. If you like to spoil yourself, stay at the Four Seasons and visit the... more

Wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Hotel New York so far the finest Hotel I have ever stayed in. My experience has been amazing if I value the physical features of the Hotel (including interior and exterior design/architecture) as well as the quality of service I received by all the staff, commencing from the doorman at your arrival. The Hotel... more
