What a find! Had two suites for ladies getaway weekend. Found after a search on Marriott website, rooms only $193 a night with AAA discount. I know March is slow, but this is a fabulous price for the quality of the facilities and its location. Aquarium T entrance outside the hotel, The Black Rose also right next door, and barely... more

The Marriott Custom House is situated centrally. It is steps away from Fenuil Hall, The Boston Acquarium, IMAX Theater, and other points of interests. The only thing is that the hotel doesn't have a restaurant but right outside the Custom House is Fenuil Hall and there are hundreds of restaurants to choose from. My overall experience at this hotel was... more

Let me preface by saying that I NEVER write reviews because generally I'm pretty laid back and feel that hotels are hotels. But after our one night stay at the Marriott Custom House, I felt compelled to tell everyone about this fabulous hotel. First off, it is a historic landmark and easy to find because it's next to Faneuil Hall... more

We recently stayed at the Marriott Custom House to celebrate our anniversary. I was able to book a week's stay thanks to a certificate through II which made the vacation very affordable. I had admired photos of this historic building/ vacation club in the very heart of Boston and had read many reviews. There are only about 85+ rooms, all... more

Every March we usually stay at the Marriott on the wharf in Boston. It is a great time of year - the weather can be everything from the beginning of spring to seemingly like the dead of winter. When making reservations one year we were told they were sold out - and we were offered accommodations at the Marriott Custom... more

We normally stay at the Long Wharf or the Logan Hilton but decided this time to try something different. Boy, are we glad we did. We found the reception staff really friendly and eager to help. The Valet was fantastic, bringing our car around and dealing with all our luggage. When we got to our room, we weren't disappointed. The... more

We travelled from Dublin Ireland on our first visit to Boston. The Custom House Marriott was a great choice of hotel. The two separate rooms were ideal as I travelled with my husband and our 16 year old daughter. The fact that there were two TVs helped us all keep our sanity. The kitchen was very well equiped and meant we could... more

This was an absolutely excellent place to stay! A beautiful historical building converted to a suite hotel. Amazing harbor view from our room on the 14th floor, and even better views from the observation deck on the 26th. There is also a well equippped fitness room on the 25th floor. The suite was a 1-bedroom with kitchenette and a dining... more

This was our first visit to Boston and after reading reviews of this hotel, decided to book in for a week. We were not disappointed. Our room was on the 23rd floor and the views were breathtaking. The historical aspect of the hotel adds to its uniqueness. The hotel is also in a great location and convenient to the subway,... more

Great place and in a great location. There is no food service but it was not a problem. It would have been nice to be in a higher room but we were not time share owners. Overall, we had an excellent time and would highly recommend it. We traveled by subway and could not have been in a better location. more
