What can I say , it's a four seasons. What a wonderful weekend away. Many, many nice touches. Staff is grand. Hotel has gratis car service within aprox 8 miles of hotel. The Four Seasons is nice, no doubt about it. I had a standard room, good linens, bath/shower combo. Clean enough. But I could rattle off about 15 nicer hotels in other cities that cost much less. I guess I was expecting to be a Four Seasons convert...it didn't happen. more

I spent 2 nights at this hotel. the staff are well versed in personalized service and it shows. Everyone is helpful and pleasant. The location is excellent: right across from the Boston public garden. This puts you a 15 minute walk to fanuel hall and copley square. The park is amazing and fun to walk around. Staff was unhelpful and rude. I will never stay here again. I am a single female traveler and wanted some assistance getting to my business meetings. They did not give me any assistance or directions. I was frustrated and checked out. Don't bother coming here. Stayed at another hotel and was MUCH happier!! more
