Four Seasons = Top quality. You know what you are getting whehn you book at one of these hotels. Upgraded to a suite which was massive; service was top notch & instantaneous (!) and wonderful views over Boston Common. Highly recommended! Note though that you are a few minutes drive to the financial district. more

Boston’s Four Seasons is a comfortable and elegant hotel in the heart of the city. My wife and I stayed in an Executive King Suite over the Thanksgiving holiday. The suite consisted of a bedroom and sitting room, both with spectacular views of the Boston Garden. The good news: the housekeeping was terrific. The bed was as comfortable as any... more

After staying at the hotel for a wedding, my room was broken into and a significant amount of Jewelry stolen. The Boston Police Department has since found the thief and has a video of the gentlemen leaving my hotel room. Through this terrible ordeal the 4 Seasons has been unbelievable. They have claimed that it is not their responsibility and... more

We went to the Four Seasons expecting perfection and got quite the opposite. We were told our room could accomodate four people, but was only big enough for maybe two. When we asked for a cot, the sheets had stains on them. The bathroom was only accessible from the bedroom in the suite, so the two sleeping in the very... more

I stayed at the Four Seasons for a business trip, and had a very nice experience: the service was really lovely -- both warm and competent, with attention to detail -- although at times a little overly solicitous. The rooms are nicely furnished, and the little additions to the children's rooms were thoughtful. Be aware, however, that the "city view"... more

What can I say , it's a four seasons. What a wonderful weekend away. Many, many nice touches. Staff is grand. Hotel has gratis car service within aprox 8 miles of hotel. We took train to/from Boston and the driver dropped us off at Back Bay train station after we checked out. Great pool! and work out space. coffee, fruit... more

The Four Seasons is nice, no doubt about it. I had a standard room, good linens, bath/shower combo. Clean enough. But I could rattle off about 15 nicer hotels in other cities that cost much less. I guess I was expecting to be a Four Seasons convert...it didn't happen. more

I spent 2 nights at this hotel. the staff are well versed in personalized service and it shows. Everyone is helpful and pleasant. The location is excellent: right across from the Boston public garden. This puts you a 15 minute walk to fanuel hall and copley square. The park is amazing and fun to walk around. Room service is pricey... more

I have never been to a Four Seasons before but I am now absolutely hooked! From the moment we stepped out of the car, the service was faultless. We had contacted the Concierge before our trip for advice on renting a sports car, a great restaurant and to have some drinks put in our room. Each suggestion they made turned... more

Staff was unhelpful and rude. I will never stay here again. I am a single female traveler and wanted some assistance getting to my business meetings. They did not give me any assistance or directions. I was frustrated and checked out. Don't bother coming here. Stayed at another hotel and was MUCH happier!! more
