Stayed with wife and 2 teenage kids for 5 nights. Paid about $175/night. Half a block from the Washington St T stop; Green Line. Free parking. Wireless. Pretty good breakfast. Very good service. Fritz ran the front desk and he was great. Rooms aren't very big but very clean. Location is very good and you can save a few bucks... more

I've been by this hotel many times, since I live in the area. I always thought it looked kind of sketchy, situated as it is, immediaely behind a gas station on Commonwealth Avenue (which could also be convenient too, I guess). But one night I got locked out of my apartment, and so needed a quick, easy, inexpensive place to... more

This hotel offered preferred rates for a student conference at Harvard. We picked it because it was the cheapest and permitted four students in one room and free parking without extra charges. The positive: one block walk to the "T" subway system on the Boston College line. Very nice continental breakfast with fresh bagels, muffins, hard boiled egges etc and... more

A nice hotel for the money..My husband had to have surgery at Brigham and Womens..We decided to head up the night before surgery. Free parking was great. The breakfast was also good. I can not say enough about Felipe.. He drove us to the hospital the day of surgery and made sure that i returned to the hotel safely. He... more

We found this hotel through a college website. It was listed as a hotel in the vicinity of Boston College and close to downtown Boston. We were planning a trip to see the some of the colleges in Boston and didn't want to spend a fortune...so we booked it. BIG MISTAKE. I knew we were in trouble when we saw... more

A nice plae to stay in Boston. My room was above par. The only thing subpar was the bath. It really needed a cleaning. Plus, my key card was not working the 2nd day. However, within 5 minutes, my key was working again. If you are staying in the city, mass transit will work. The hotel was in a block... more

Nice staff but the place is well past its best. When we checked in our initial impression of the room was not good. The A/C was not really working and the fridge in the kitchenette would not close properly. The room was clean but needs updating. My wife could not sleep as we were in a double room and it... more

We stayed here for one night. It is easy to get to the heart of Boston on the subway. The rooms are spacious and the free breakfast is good. We got there early and they let us check in early. The area seems safe. We would stay there again for sure. We covered the stay using over Airmiles, which was... more

The staff was great to us and the rooms were immaculate. The rooms were extremely clean. We were visiting boston university with my daughter and it was only a ten minute ride on the train that is only one block from the hotel. I was impressed when the staff informed me that the hotel will be completely renovated by April.... more

We booked this hotel because the Boston College website listed it as a local place to stay. We planned on staying two nights and we had booked two rooms at a rate of $169.00 per night. When we arrived my husband commented that it looked like "The Bates Motel". Once inside our room - we were horrified. The room had... more
