found the hotel to be excellent. the staff were very friendly and helpfull. the room we stayed in was very clean and cosy. the food in the resturant was lovely and found it to be good value for money. it was a bit of a long way out of town with no resturants nearby but we used the bus and... more

We stayed here in Aug 2006 for 2 seperate stays of 3 days each so we experienced staying in 2 rooms. One faced the river which was a nice view. The other faced the back of the hotel which was nothing to look at. The rooms were very clean, updated, perfectly suited to what we wanted which was a place... more

This medium sized hotel is in the Brighton/Allston area of Boston across the river from Cambridge. The construction of the marginal roadways is such that if you are not familiar with the traffic patterns it can be very difficult to find this hotel, or to get to it if even you have a general idea of where it is but... more

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Room was clean and comfortable. Security was an issue, as we had to have room keys reprogrammed about 4 different times, and were never asked for ID by front desk. Also the spare tire was stolen from our rental vehicle while parked in the parking garage. Got a great nightly rate, but probably... more

We stayed here on the weekend after Thanksgiving. Excellent value for money. It is a little bit outside of the city centre but it is easy to get a bus from right outside to Harvard T station and then straight into town. The rooms are perfect and have everything you need. more

The pool was perfect for my kids, while I could work out in the work out room. If I chose to, I could also swim laps. The rooms we large, and cleaned very well every day. If I had to go back to Boston, I would defintely go back to the Days Hotel in Boston, or maybe look into the... more

As long as you keep in mind that this is a budget hotel, you should be very pleased with your stay. While it is definitely not 'in town', it is located on the Charles River (across the street) where you can watch the college crew teams practicing and take a morning run. The weather wasn't good for our stay, but... more

Stayed one night at the Days Hotel in Boston. The room was clean and the front desk accommodating. Certainly, you get what you pay for, and, being one of the only places (and certainly the cheapest one) in Boston where I could get free parking, I must say this hotel was what we were looking for, though not a particularly... more

We were disappointed to discover how far out of town this hotel is. However, its only a 15 minute walk to the subway in Harvard Square, and that is preferrable to a $45 taxi ride! The hotel is clean and quiet, with a friendly bar atmospere in the evenings and an excellent breakfast is served. Four of us shared a... more

A good place to stay if you don't mind driving or taking transit into the downtown area. Good value; the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Polite and friendly staff. Free newspaper at your door each morning. Breakfast not included, but available in hotel's restaurant. McDonald's and other restaurants also within easy walking distance. more
