My wife and I stayed there on 12/29 - 12/31. The staff was excellent, the place clean, great location directly across from Faneuil Hall. Took the T into Haymarket station (just around the corner) rather than pay the $40 /night parking. Would stay again. more

Thought this hotel would be a little nicer than it was. Very noisy from bar area and upstairs function room. Thought it could be a bit cleaner. The greatest location to Quincy Market. Overpriced parking and overpriced beverages in the bar. Probably would not stay there again. more

Two words - price and location. Now I know, some people who don't want to be known as "tourist" will dispute me on location (it is in the "toursity" part of town), but hey, I was there as a tourist, so it was great! we have just returned from another wonderful stay at the bostonian. this hotel is in a great location and the staff cannot do enough for their guests. decor is a little dated but the rooms are spotless and the location out weighs the decor. will be returning again. more

If you want to be near the Quincy action and aged under 30 this might be for you. We had a room facing the market and Faneuil but it was very average and extremely noisy at night.
