The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in room 918, a standard room. It was a good size room with a decent size bathroom and a little walk-in dressing room. There is a mini fridge with complimentary water, but no mini bar service or tea/coffee facilities. The bed is very confortable, and the maid sets it up for... more

You can't get a better location than where the Lenox is located. We could walk/take the train anywhere. Conveniently located in Copley Square, you are one block from Newbury Street, a 10 min. walk to the public gardens, and endless restaurants and bars. The hotel itself was very nice, but pricey. I was expecting nicer rooms (especially the bathroom), but... more

We recently spent five nights at the Lenox in one of their deluxe king rooms. The room itself was almost identical to the photo on their website, spacious and nicely furnished with a large LCD TV and CD player. The lobby was very elgant and the property as a whole had a classy feel. All the staff we encountered were... more

My wife and I stayed in the Lenox Hotel between Thursday May 15 and Sat May 17. We had a great experience. We would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Boston. Room We had a double room on the 10th floor with two windows. The room is reasonable size in the Boston metro area. Not huge but big enough. It... more

This is the first time that I write a review for an Hotel, but I want to share with other travellers my nice experience at "The Lenox" Hotel. I have spent only two nights at Boston in this hotel with my wife during our trip in the U.S.A at the end of April 2008. I live in Italy, and even... more

Have recently returned from a four night stay in the lenox a great experience. Firstly location is perfect close to Boston Common and handy for trains ( harvard trip a must) and short taxi rides to anywhere else you want to visit. The rooms were well appointed and roomy enough bathrooms were fine. There are two bars an Irish bar... more

Absolutely wonderful stay, start to finish (I stayed 6 nights). I booked by calling the hotel, and got a much better rate than on the internet (I paid $205 per night, plus tax and parking). All personnel were kind, polite and helpful. The hotel size is just right- not too big, not too small. The lobby makes you feel like... more

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for three nights at the beginning of May. We arrived early (around 10 am) and were told our room was not ready yet. We were also informed at that time that we had been upgraded to an Executive Suite (room 1008) and that we would be contacted when our room was ready.... more
