This hotel is huge, so don't look for personalised service. All staff was however very efficient and friendly. My room on the 17th floor was clean and comfortable, although housekeeping didn't clean carefully behind the curtains. This property is in serious need of a face lift. The price for the tiny, dirty room is the same as many newer and cleaner rooms in the city. Stayed at the Marriott Copely Place for a business meeting. Was there by myself thus I don't have a great feel for how this property would work for tourist or a family vacation. Pros: 1. Ran the Boston Marathon this past weekend and this place was great. Central location, everything you could ask for, connected to an amazing mall, tons of food options, and really nice beds. I would stay here again in a second! Parking is expensive, so factor that into the budget! more
