The accomodation is above average from a hostal and has a clean room. The centre is well kept and safe. The location is great for night life, bars and shopping yet quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. No problems here for the money paid. It's basic so don't expect too much. more

I have stayed at the Berkeley twice and would do so again. The Berkeley reminds me of a typical college dormitory: basic, minimally furnished rooms; shared bathrooms, cafeteria in the basement, and a piano and TV in the recreation area. For sure the rooms are basic but they are clean, the staff are very friendly , the breakfast is great and its within a five minute walk of downtown Boston, what more do you want for the price.
