This is the worst experience EVER and is entirely due to a dishonest staff and a customer service department that does not care. We found unauthorized charges to our credit card and despite numerous phone calls, letters etc., no one seems to care. We finally filed a formal complaint with the bbb. The staff at this hotel was very friendly and helpful, but the hotel needs a lot of improvements and updating. The amenities were nice -an easy chair, coffee pot, iron, nice size compact frig and freezer plus a microwave - but that didn't compensate for the small, thin towels and the a/c unit that blasted air right across the bed.... more

We used this hotel for 2 nights as a base for seeing Biltmore Estate, our prime reason for visiting Asheville. We stayed in a double queen room which was quite clean.
