Reasonable motel in a great location for exploring Arches National Park and Cayonlands. The room was Large and clean with shower/bath and toilet room separate from the hand washbasin which is a strange arrangement and not very hygenic for handwashing after using the toilet! Breakfast wasn't included at this Best Western although there was a Thai restuarant opposite offering cheap... more

Great experience from the moment we checked in. The front desk staff were attentive and made sure everything was ready in the room. Our room was clean and well decorated. We loved the trees outside the rooms, they help cool the area and are pleasing to the eye. The motel is located in a good area and it is possible... more

My husband and I recently spent 5 nights at the BW Greenwell Inn in Moab, Utah. The motel was listed on Expedia as a three-star accomodation, and I chose this BW based on this rating, availability, and the general satisfaction we have had staying at BWs. Our room at the hotel was satisfactory; it was evident that the rooms had... more

Not only was the room dark, smelly and dirty, but the desk staff was horrendous!!!! When we asked the desk staff to move us to a nicer room, they said, "We are booked for the night and do not know when the manager will be in. Maybe tomorrow maybe not." We then asked for our money back and they refused...... more

Upon arriving the hotel looked a little old - but clean. Didn't know what to expect for rooms. Was pleasantly surprised to find a large clean room that looked like it had been recently updated. The king bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was sparkling clean and the tile was beautiful. There was even a large plasma tv with... more

We checked into the Best Western Greenwell after we learned that Moab was the last town for miles around. We expected the typical 1960's-1970's updated in the 1990's room, but were pleasantly surprised to find a newly remodled room with a flat screen television, comfortable beds, and a granite vanity. The hotel is located in the middle of town, which... more

We ended up at the BW Greenwell because the BW Canyonlands was full. I think Canyonlands may be the better option. BW Greenwell has rooms which open to the outside and though ours wasn't loud, many of the rooms appeared to suffer from noise in the parking lot and guests walking by. There are a/c's and ours worked fine. The... more

This is a very nice place to stay. Moab doesn't have a lot of great places to stay, but would say this is one of the top 3. From the outside it looks like your typical motel, but the inside is very nicely remodeled - new beds (very comfortable), flat screen TV and new bathrooms. The rooms aren't large, but... more

This hotel has had there room redone. They are very nice now. The pool was great. The only thing lacking was breakfast. Hard to find a decent place to eat breakfast in Moab. It would have been nice to have at least a continental breakfast. Over all though, I would stay here again. more

After reading the reviews and being unable to stay in the sister property across the street, I booked 3 nights at the Greenwell Inn. The 2nd floor room we had was indeed recently renovated. As others have noted, the rooms are dark and could use more interior lighting. The shower head was about 5'8' high... too low IMHO. I can... more
