I expected alot more from this Mandarin. Management had absolutely no regard for the patrons. They closed the lounge on a Friday nite for a private party without any prior notice to guests and summarily told us to get out. They made no attempt at satisfying us with anything. Stayed here two nights over July 4 holiday weekend in a Bay View Queen, which was a steal at $295 per night. We arrived at this hotel 4 hours prior to check-in time and they still had our room ready for us! The only place to stay in San Francisco. They say the Queen room is only for business travellers but we thought it was as good as the King. Go for a bay view rooms and you won't be disappointed, it really is worth it! more

Located in the CBD with fabulous views of the city. We stayed in a bridge to bridge view room on the 44th room. A luxury room with a big bathroom. Couldn't have asked for anymore! The staff were helpful and polite. Great place to stay! more
