We just returned from a week's stay at #99 Kulima Estates East. I would not recommend renting this condo but do not want to discourage you from renting a condo at Turtle Bay altogether. Once again, my wife and I had a great stay at the Estates at Turtle Bay. We've stayed here five times so far and have no desire to try anywhere else on Oahu. This place has everything we want.
