This is a very nice resort. Amazing views everywhere. Not impressed with the customer service at all. Will never stay here again. My room was charged with damage that we did not even do. I absolutely loved this resort. Staff were helpful and friendly, the resort was very lush and beautiful. Our room was on the 2nd floor of the Aloha Tower and the rooms on this floor had a much bigger lanai than the other floors. Very comfortable studio condo accommodations with a large patio and kitchen.
