My boyfriend and I stayed at Maui Homestay for four nights in June. We had a great time. The Mountain View suite was charming and very homey. We were able to park our rental right in front of the property and use Tom's washer and dryer. The breakfasts were great (fresh bread, cereal, yogurt, and fruit), and we loved the... more

We stayed at the Maui Homestay for 9 days in June. We had read the reviews on this website and were amazed by how great this B&B was. We stayed in the Moutain View Room, a pretty big studio with kitchenette and a private lanai. The room was really clean, the bed was confortable, and we had everything we needed... more

We stayed in the Mt. View room. Very nice and clean with a small kitchenette. Tom is great guy serving a delicious breakfast with warm bread, cereals, joghurt and of course fresh fruits - sometimes out of his own garden! He also knows a lot about the island and can give you really good tips for activities and restaurants. The... more

Went to Maui to get married & we stayed here for a week!! Tom was always helpful & gave us good tips about the island! Breakfast was great & was brought down to us on 2 occasions when the weather wasn't so pleasant. The room was excellent, good kitchen (not that we used it much), sitting area with air conditioning,... more

Maui Homestay B&B was my first B&B experience and it was absolutely great. Tom is a very nice guy with tons of helpful information on Maui. He can help you to arrange your travel plans, give you really USEFUL tips and answer any questions you will have there. His charming wife Akiko is a sweet woman. When I entered my... more

I stayed at the Maui Homestay B&B for only 3 days in January 2007 and from the time I booked the accommodation I felt very reassured that I was in safe hands. The property is located in a residential area at the end of a dead end, so there is little noise from traffic. Make sure you print a map... more

I just got back from a visit to Maui during the Christmas/New Year's Holiday. I have been to Maui Homestay four times now, and it is always a WONDERFUL experience. It was great to be back ~ and the place looks great, as Tom and Akiko have replaced the carpet with new tile. We noticed it right away when we... more

We stayed at Maui Homestay B&B in August 2006. It was our first visit to Maui. We made the reservation through the B&B website. Though Kihei itself is not exactly anything special, we were very happy with our choice, as it was a perfect place to explore the Island. The B&B is only 10-15 minutes (by car) from the most... more

Our party of two families booked both rooms of this B and B in Kihei. The larger room has a sofa-bed and an oven. Our room was clean except for the ratty looking carpet which had many stains on it. I think Tom should replace it. The A/C unit is a bit noisy since it sits above the bed but... more
