This is our second time staying in Sturgeon Bay, but our first experience at the Bridgeport. We stayed in the Challenger Suite - GORGEOUS. The pictures don't do this place justice. The whirlpool is HUGE. (the largest I have ever been in!) It was very romantic (but not in a cheesy way) The room was immaculately clean, and so comfortable.... more

Our family (2 adults, 3 children under 8) stayed at Bridgeport Resort in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin for 3 nights and loved it. From check in to check out it was a very memorable stay. The daily "make-up" service was wonderful and freshened up the room with exceptional attention to detail. Our room was upgraded free of charge to a room... more

We were very pleased with our 4-day stay Bridgeport Resort. The suite was very clean and housekeeping did a great job each day we were there. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking or for making quick meals and coffee, juice and milk were available 24-hours/day downstairs. The staff at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful with directions... more

We stumbled upon the Bridgeport after a scenic walk in the historic downtown Sturgeon Bay. Other families with children tipped us off to this great hotel. You see, we had already booked and paid at another Sturgeon Bay hotel which was a total dump. What a pleasant stay here! Thanks to Marna at the front desk: they gave us a... more

We found a much better value at Bridgeport than Stone Harbor. We had a 2 Bed 2 Bath waterfront suite with fireplace, kitchen, jaccuzi tub, and 2 seperate balconies for 249 during offseason. We were stuck there during a snow storm and couldn't have been happier about it. They had a great indoor pool and hot tub and a seperate... more

Just returned from a terrific stay at the Bridgeport Resort. We were traveling with 2 other families so got to see 3 different rooms - all of which were very well kept, clean and comfortable. Perfect for families. Kitchens were all well stocked and having the extra bedrooms for a very reasonable rate was great. If I were traveling without... more

We were again steered to a great experience by the these forums. We stayed here the week of July 10, 2006 and were impressed with the immaculate conditions of our three-bedroom suite. The rate (discounted by 15% for a special we found on the resort website) was good for a full kitchen, three bathrooms, a whirlpool, three balconies and living... more

Just got back from the Wisconsin Dells (stay at Indian Trails Motel) and a couple days in Door County. Travelling with my hubby, and 3 kids (13, 10, 7) and had a great time at the Bridgeport! I am honestly saying that this is one of the nicest rooms I have ever been in. We had room 126, a family... more

My husband and I celebrated our 1st anniversary at the Bridgeport Resort and it was wonderful! The room was very "homey" and comfortable. It is in a great location with lots to do. We loved being on the water and enjoyed the scenery! It was close enough to walk downtown to shop. The staff was very friendly and willing to... more

We booked a "WestchesterSuite" here about 3 weeks before arrival. What a find!! The resort looks like it opened yesterday; it's quiet (unlike the Stone Harbor resort across the river, with all the rowdy conventioneers and wedding parties) but close to attractions. Rooms and public areas are spotless and nicely decorated, and it is attractively situated next to a marina... more
