We just returned from our trip to Spokane, WA and were so impressed at the Pheasant HIll Inn and Suites hotel. The staff were all helpful and pleasant. The morning breakfast was not just continental, it had MANY choices from cold cereal for the kids to eggs and biscuits/gravy for the adults. The pool area was clean and the grounds... more

I didn't find it as great as it says in some reviews! The room was just o.k... I have stayed in nicer hotels nearby for the price. However, what really bothered me was that the pillows smelled bad. On the bright side, what I find true in the reviews is the good service in the breakfast area. The service lady... more

We're from Red Deer, Alberta, Canada. We were only suppose to stay one night but ended up staying three nights. The front desk was amazing, so helpfully about restaurants, golf courses, malls, etc. We ended up getting the golf package. They called the course for us to verify directions then proceeded to print out a map for us. The baked... more

Spent two nights here. I checked in late and the front desk was still very helpful. The room was pretty new and large and the carpets were clean and everything was pretty nice. The beds were VERY comfortable, the internet worked well and parking was ample. The TV was a basic 26" tube, nicer than the little 19" tvs I... more

2nd time we made a reservation only to get there and not have a room, even with a confirmation#. This left my family in the parking lot in a snow storm for 2 hours without a room, waiting for me. Staff did go into auto mode, programmed on how to handle this problem, by giving a phone# and even a... more

We stayed at this property over Spring Break with several of our family visting from out of town. What a nice clean hotel, great hot breakfast and the staff was so helpful and friendly. Our kids loved the pool and hotub! They served hot soup, cookies and brownies at night. A really nice pick-me-up after going to the volleyball games... more

I have been staying at this hotel for quite awhile and have spent 3 one week stays already this year. I personally really enjoy this hotel. I find the beds extremely comfortable, the staff very friendly, pleasant and helpful. They also have a nice complimentary breakfast in the morning. Being away from home alone is not the greatest experience.Staying here helps make it... more

The only thing that is consistent about Magnuson hotels is that the photos are always better than the actual stay. Neighborhood was not so good, service and room was ordinary and below average. This is the second time I’ve booked a room with this hotel chain.... and it will not happen again. more

I chose to stay outside of the City based upon the ringing reviews here, and a desire to save about $20 per night versus comparable places downtown. The hotel location is ok, right off I-90. There are some good eating options nearby, but I wouldn't say the neighborhood is all that great. The room was ok, very typical, nothing outstanding.... more
