I love this hotel and first stayed in it in July 2007 and then a second time last November. The hotel is very cozy despite being a modern hotel and the staff are friendly. Clean rooms are standard from my experience and when you walk in in the late afternoon/early evening there are fresh cookies on the front desk. I... more

We stayed at the Larkspur Landing for one night in July. This was a nice hotel with very friendly staff, but we had some issues when we were there. One of the reasons we picked this hotel was because of the free airport shuttle service. We were told to call the hotel as soon as we landed and then again... more

I booked this hotel based solely on the recommendations of other members here on TripAdvisor. The hotel didn’t exist when I moved away from Seattle in 1993 and its location in Renton (which didn’t have the greatest reputation back then) made me a bit apprehensive. I needn’t have worried. The Larkspur Landing is lovely. Designed in the Frank Lloyd Wright... more

We stayed at the Larkspur in 2005 for our family vacation and stayed there agian in 2006. The hotel was amazing. When we first found the Larkspur, we were very happy. We were supposed to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn next door which was there sister hotel at the time. The room we got was a very good price... more

My husband and I stayed at Larkspur Landing in Renton for two nights when he had to take a professional certification course at the Kaplan Financial College in Renton. We travel a lot, and we were quite pleased with the property. We had a one bedroom suite, which was plenty of room. The design is efficient and nothing felt cramped.... more

Stayed at the Larkspur Landing in Renton for one night prior to a conference in Renton. This property is "off the beaten' path a bit" but none-the-less an above average 3 star property. It is not marked well from the road, but is directly next door to the Hilton Garden Inn Renton. Great parking area, well lit and safe. I... more

We stayed at Larkspur Landing in Renton for four nights and used it as a base for our apartment hunting in and around Seattle. We got the smallest room (studio), but it was very spatious for two of us. The room was clean, and the hotel staff was very friendly. Nice continental breakfast and evening receptions. It is not the... more

Great location, spotless hotel and room, comfortable bed, helpful staff. Very nice to have a full size kitchen that is well stocked in your room. Large work desk that is awesome for the business traveler. Internet access easily obtained. Great size room and quiet! Continental breakfast has yogurt, fruit, cereals, oatmeal, string cheese, juices, coffee and thick slices of a... more

This was a great place to stay if you are going to be in the Seattle area. LOCATION: Only few miles from I-5 and Southcenter Mall. Lots of restaurants and stores close by. Hotel was 1 mile off of Hwy. 167 - easy to find. ACCOMODATIONS: Clean and very very large. I can't believe it was that roomy. Great comfortable... more

We spent our wedding night here and it was wonderful! Check in was a breeze and the suite was beautiful! It was so warm and cozy - perfect for us! The layout of the suite made it seem very homey and welcome and it was very convenient - I could see spending several nights here without feeling cramped. We also... more
