No problems on check in, even though they were very crowded. Had breakfast in the cafe twice, it was very tasty, and the service was excellent. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We had a great stay at this hotel. Check in was so fast (5 min max). The location was perfect, at the north end of the beach, but within walking distance of other hotels and restaurants. Well I have to say this staff impressed me. As A frequent traveler I like to stay at hotels where the beds are comfortable. Being a Marriot I booked here. This hotel is amazing!!..Great room, great service, all rooms have great view. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the hampton roads area, even residents! Plan on vacationing there in the future. more
