Me,my husband and our 4 yr old stayed here for 6 nights, we had a great time, the location was good just 15 minutes from the beach, malls and restaurants near by as well,(if you need a fridge you have to request one), the hotel experience was great, after reading some reviews I was a little nervous about staying here... more

I stayed here for a business trip and it wasn't the nicest place especially for a Courtyard, my biggest peeves were A. there was no hair dryer, what kind of hotel doesn't have a hairdryer in 2008, and B. they charged way too much on my credit card so I had to call and get it fixed. I wont be... more

Spent 3 nights here this past weekend. Got a great rate of $59 per night, WITH breakfast! Too bad that was the end of the good! First, we got lousy directions. Then, we got upgraded to a suite (GREAT-as we should be, due to my Marriott status!) BUT the suite was in need of some repair. The lamp in the... more

Read the reviews - here on business - not looking for anything fancy. Apparently they have changed from being a business hotel to P-A-R-T-A-Y central. At 12 MIDNIGHT a man with two women on his arm checked into the adjoining room next to me - loud obnoxious and ready to have F-U-N!! Took two calls to security and a threat... more

I stayed here in July of 2007 on the way to the Outer Banks. It is a very typical Courtyard in room size, lobby size, and continental breakfast. The front desk were very helpful and friendly. For the most part, the hotel was clean. The rooms were fairly big, beds as always were extremely comfortable. Average bathrooms. We did visit... more

Travel for work approx 50-75 nites per year. Stay mostly at Marriott properties - many Courtyards. This is what I would call a very average Courtyard. Clean, good staff but nothing to make it stand out. Stayed 2 nites in early December. Would stay here again but only if property was in close proximity to my business need. more

Stayed at this property for one night. Check-in went smoothly thanks to Tyler, the friendly clerk at the front desk. The room was large and featured a comfortable king bed. The bathroom was equally spacious. I appreciated the selection of cable TV channels, complimentary computer/Internet access in the lobby, and the complimentary coffee in the lobby. The hotel also features... more

I stayed there for one night in August during a quick, mid-week, two-day trip to Virginia Beach. The hotel is located just off highway 264 but is tricky to get to b/c the exit somehow is on the local side of the highway (we just took the next exit and turned around). Also, we missed the quick turn onto the... more

Nowhere near beach or anywhere to eat decent. The rooms were typical of a Courtyard. I believe though this was one of the first Courtyards built. Very weird layout. They did not have a FREE continental breakfast but wanted to charge you $9.95 for basically the same thing. Ask for a free coupon upon check-in because not everyone has to... more
