Have just returned from the best holiday ever, my husband, myself and 17yr old son had the best time and didnt want to leave. The hotel is spotless, the rooms clean and cleaners are in every day changing towels and tidying up. The staff were fantastic and the entertainment was fab. We stayed in the Tordos in Palma Nova, All Inc. no wristband you have to carry a card at all times. One very small restaurant, not allowed to eat outside, brilliant sunshine but you can only eat indoors. Nothing to eat or drink after ll.oo pm.
