We have just returned from a week at the Hipocampo Palace. The suite was OK. The bed didn't been change no once during our stay.We been waiting 3 days for the cups in our room.The staff didn't speak in english at all,just reception.All welcome words we been listining in german only,everywhere.When is to much,it's to much! We have just returned from a very relaxing stay at this hotel,having stayed 4 years ago. The hotel may have been excellent but we turned up having booked through Seligo (rubbish travel agent). We were initially checked into a room and all seemed well. We got into the room and crashed/unpacked. About 30mins into our stay the hotel staff knocked on the door and told us we didn't have a reservation and that they were full.... more

We booked this trip last minute through ltur with flight and half board. If you want to gain some pounds, this a good choice! Wonderful breakfast and dinner buffet , a quiet two room suite. Very helpful and nice stuff! I do come back! more
