I had items stole from my room and when I went to the front desk there were two other families in the office with the same complaint. We tried to talk to the manager and she would not come and help us. We decided to call the police and when they came to take our statement the police told me... more

This place is filthy. There were roaches in our room. I was leary because I made the reservations thru the internet and it is hard to tell by a picture. Take my advice, this place is very BAD!! more

Can we say Roach Motel? I would never stay here again. We stopped for the night thinking it would be a nice place to stay for some rest but I had a miserable night. I kept seeing little roaches scurry here and there. One even fell out of the toilet paper! I was paranoid that they would get in my... more

I had two beds in my room one got made up and the other did not. The coffee pot had old coffee still on top of the caraffe and mold with a little water in the bottom. Bath tub was not cleaned, still had dirt in the bottom because the tub did not drain well. Floor had not been vaccumed... more

Free breakfast, Ineternet service, big rooms, inviting lobby. People were very nice. I had no problems here. The location is close to the convention center and to Baylor University-Easy to get around. Would recomend that you check this place out if you are in town. The hospitality offerred by the staff was inviting and it felt good to unpack my... more

We stayed here for a dog show at the convention center the weekend after Thanksgiving. This hotel's only redeeming quality was that it was close to the convention center. If a nice shower is important to you, this expect to be scalded one minute then frozen the next. This was the experience of everyone who stayed at this hotel. Next... more

I am a baylor alumni. When my parents use to come in or guests, we used to put them up in this hotel (used to be lexington). After the name changed over, you can tell the standards went down. When we first walked in to the hotel for our fraternity alumni weekend, we waited a while for the Indian owner... more

Stayed here for the boat race that was in town, and I was pleasantly surprised with this Hotel. They have a good amount of amenities, more than you would expect. They have a pool and hot tub and wireless internet. The front desk employees were really nice, and it looks like the carpet has been recently replaced in the room... more

I booked my room over the phone prior to arriving into Waco. I came with a party of about 12 people, so the hotel manager accomodated the company van to come and pick us up from the Waco airport. I went during the "off season" and only paid $43.99 for a room! This was a great price since breakfast was... more

Owners treat you like a criminal when you check in (asking verification data from drivers license). Carpet filthy---sticks to your feet when you walk. Cont Bkfst is a joke, coffee "out of order", a few stale bagels. I got sick from the heater/AC, probably because of a bad filter. Room was dark and "dingy". This place is the worst. Spend... more
