Excellent, excellent, excellent. Staff was outstanding! Spanish people are wonderfully nice. Room was large. We had a room with two twins and a rollaway bed. We used the rollaway bed for our clothes since the room did not have a dresser, only a closet. The bathroom was huge and had a toilet, bidet, plenty of hot water, great tub/shower.( I... more

Not a nice location. Staff very helpful and down to earth. Hotel was very tacky. Rooms like jail cells. Just aswell i was only there for 3 days more

Really good value, a very smart and clean hotel. Large impressive lobby, staff very friendly, receptionist spoke English. An 8 minute walk from Casa del Reloj Metro station.
