I've stayed twice. Had to be in Dallas area to see medical specialists at Baylor Medical Center. This hotel is a little difficult to find. Listed address is 4100 John Carpenter Freeway, but actually it's at 4300 Reese, just off Esters Blvd in Irving Texas (for programing your GPS). The price is lower than other hotels in the airport area,... more

A group of us went to Six Flags on Tuesday, 7/8. We had this hotel booked for Monday night the 7th and Tuesday night the 8th. We booked 4 rooms due to the # of people we had. Not one of us had any problems. Yes it is showing its age, but it was clean. Everyone said thier rooms were... more

How bad is this place ? So bad that after I checked in, I went back to the front desk and said I changed my mind and asked for - and got - a refund for the two night stay I booked. This hotel is dated, dirty, run down, and appeared to be even dangerous. A couple of the cement... more

Although I would not recommend this hotel to people who are very picky, it was a good value and roomy for us. We stayed with our four year old son in a king size suite. The place is clean, and the room was maybe a little outdated, but it has a full size fridge and stove which could save you... more

The pictures one the hotels website are very outdated. They are clearly of this hotel when it was first built (long ago!). Everything is old and in poor condition. The furniture is scarred and worn. The exterior of the building is in bad shape. It appears as though there has never been any money put into the hotel. The bathroom... more

I got an upgrade to a suite because I was there for four nights. Great friendly staff. The Hotel is a little lived in, at least my room was. However, because I was on a Budget, the price of the other area hotels and staying close to the other hotels in the area The place worked great. You can watch... more

I was told the rooms were newly remodeled. At best they were decorated by the salvation army ,store room. This I can over look for a budget hotel. The less than clean room ,warm not hot water ,and no house keeping for my room was bad enough. However the dead rat in the vending machine area was the topper. I... more

This is admittedly an old property. On reading the reviews, I wonder what the other reviewers were expecting. We got a suite, a couple of TV’s, two breakfasts and a shuttle to and from the airport for a decent price. We arrived at DFW relatively late without hotel reservations. We went to the wall of hotel phones in the airport,... more

We were 4 of us. So reserved a room with 2 beds. The first one we got had number of issues like the bathroom door did not provide privacy...left a big crack open. The Shower head was missing. So after compaining we got moved the room above us. The water was just lukewarm... not at all hot. Had a shivering... more

It was bad from the moment I arrived. My key card didn't work, and hotel staff was very rude. When I got inside, the room smelled pleasant and the bedding looked wonderful. Nice soft green coverlet, lovely down comforter, big fluffy pillows. It went downhill from there. There was mold in the bathroom tiles. Several light bulbs were out, and... more
