“Bad service, no towels”

We stayed at Baymont over the weekend. Room was clean. Breakfast was pretty good, with the usual cereals, bagels, frozen waffles, muffins, and such. However, housekeeping removed ALL towels from the room after the first day, and did not replace with clean towels. Calls and visits to the frontdesk did not help. Service is very poor. stayed a weekend. Had a decent room, nothing special. There is no computer, so I went across the street to (I think) a Hilton and snuck on... no phone books in room or at front desk. Help a little frazzled by the full hotel. more

My family stayed at the Baymont Southwest Houston spring break weekend in order to take the children to the zoo and Houston Museum of Natural Science.
