I was so excited about going to the Beach for the weekend, but like most last minute adventure seekers I found myself in a nightmare. The Motel was awful. I do agree with the comments left here... the staff at the front office is extremely rude. She does not have any customer service skills nor does she attempt to even... more

My mother wanted to make a reservation (not that day two days earlier) for me and my fiance, my fiance is from Kansas and was showing him Galveston and we wanted to rent a room for a day, my mother wanted to pay for it. The woman at the desk was at the very begining very rude, and when my... more

Hotel staff rude, abrubt. Not in the least helpfull.,polite or courteousPremises dirty, rough.Room is very no frills- You get what you pay for.Spend a few dollars more up the street for more comfortable room with a staff that displays some shred of customer appreciation. I arrived early in the am after two days on the road and was awoken at 0900 by the... more

This place is very deceiving place, the outside looks decent but the rooms are horrible. This is the worst I've seen in Texas, honestly. Please help me keep them out of business because people that that care only about robbing others and dont care about the well being of people should not be in business. The rooms smelled like mildew,... more

(Translated that means bring your own towels, sheets, bug spray, disinfectants). I don't expect the 5 star hotel amenities, but towels? Come on!!. They told us to go buy our own, that means something when you've paid $130.00 for the night!! The shower was frightening. It's certainly not worth the convenience of being at that area. We went to another... more

Absolutely sloppy. I believe that the nature of the mom & pop motels has deteriorated drastically since the advent of foreign owner/operators. They just do NOT understand the concept of CLEAN. Our room smelled of animal urine. They sprayed the carpet for us. Mildew all over the bathroom, & on the wall. Bath fixture had a bulb in 1 of... more

This place was a nightmare!!!. I booked online at $99.00 a night, thinking for that price it had to be decent. I was deceived. When you drive up you first think it might be ok. We requested a non-smoking room and did not get one at first. The first room we walked into the smoke could knock you over. There... more
