Where do I start… Check In took forever… about 30 minutes standing at the desk even though we reserved the room weeks in advance. Charles was talking on the phone to handle another guys credit card problems… if it was not for 2 young girls coming to check in behind us I bet we would still be there. He looks... more

This was our second time there. We stayed 2 nights during the holiday and everything was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and nicer than expected. The location is about a mile from downtown. The front desk will call you a call any time you want. The manager Christine is very helpful and... more

Not what I expected. The area was not the best, there were homeless people around. That was not a big deal to me but just bringing it up. The hotel itself just seemed old and cheap. And the funny thing was it said "newly renovated" Maybe it was just our room but the worst thing was the bathroom. It was... more

First, the bathroom. My son attempted to take a shower. The hot water would not come on. The hot and cold were backwards and it took 15 minutes for the hot water to get to the room. The faucet on the tub had been smashed into the wall. Instead of replacing the broken tile, it was left smashed into the wall with... more

A buddy and I stayed here on a weekend trip to Nashville. The room was dirt cheap, and knowing that it was in an industrial area, we were a little wary. We were in town before check-in and asked a police officer about the hotel. He told us that some of the nearby hotels are sketchy, pay by the hour... more

what you have read about this area is all true. only safe to walk around during the day. bus stops right outside and that is considered safe until 6pm, taxi after that so not practical if your planning to spend most of your time in the centre. rooms are large and the hotel has a friendly bar and no problem... more

Just got back from a great 2-day stay at this hotel. We were attending a ballroom dancing competition at the Nashville Convention Center and needed a fairly cheap hotel close to downtown. I knew of this hotel (bit of trivia - it was originally built by Roger Miller as the "King of the Road Motor Inn"), and I read all... more

First, booking on the website was a terrible idea, they can check you in for much cheaper. The bathroom looked like something from a horror movie, beat up and nasty. The front desk people were terrible. No help at all. The "manager" Christinia gave me an attitude when I asked for help, and gave me no answers. The hotel really... more

My 5 yr old son and I stayed here to crash after a Titans night game. It was perfectly acceptable. I read the awful reviews, yet still felt we needed to stay near the stadium to avoid parking hassles. I can only speak for our double-bed, non-smkg room (#518) - which was clean and cool. The shower obviously wasn't brand... more

Like everyone, we were travelling on a budget, but we trusted the days inn name. Unfortunately, it was in a very run down, unsafe area. The pool was nice and actually our room was clean, however the front desk stafff was rude and not helpful and the free continental breakfast that was listed, was not anything that we would of... more
