Nice Holiday Inn Express. Nice lobby, room pleasant. Only complaint..we were on 3rd floor and disliked smell of painting as they were refurbishing the entire floor and painting. This property took a credit card for guarantee but was presented another card at check in for payment. After asking three times if the correct card had been charged I was assured yes it had. Only to find out three days later that in fact it had not. I made five phone calls to the hotel to get this straightened... more

The Hendersonville Holiday Inn is one of the better holiday inns, I ever stayed, The rooms are very nice, and the lobby is very nice with classic cars being shown ... The Front desk staff could use some training, took a while to find our reservation.....other than that a beautiful stay....I would return to this hotel anytime. more
