I call and reserved a smoking room for one day. I asked questions about the rooms, wireless high speed Internet access, food accessed, pets, and the amount. Well i got a nonsmoking room, the room was not clean, the room did not have what i was told they had, it did not have wireless Internet, i had trouble getting restaurant... more

My wife and I were charged $153.00 for a one day stay. When I protested the charge and asked for a Police officer, I was ordered off the property and threatened with arrest. The carpets were filthy. My wife and I were not familiar with Chattanooga so we booked at this Days Inn because we thought it would be a safe bet. Im from WOODBRIDGE,ONTARIO,CANADA and i have to say green light with confidence .Arrived after a fourteen hour drive and everything was comfort,clean,very helpful ,and very quiet considering the amount of cars in the parking lot.Will do it again and highly recommend DAYS INN EAST RIDGE and to the owner and staff all a thumbs up.Dont hesitate and dont think twice,park... more

In 3 days the phones never worked. The key cards had to be reactivated after 1100 each day. The ice machines never worked. The staff was horrible. Don't bother complaining unless you want to stand in line with other people waiting to complain. more
