The room was spacious and comfortable and had a micro. and ref. However, the carpet was dirty and there was dust on some of the furniture. It is an older property and a little aged. When the people in the room above ours walked it sounded like the ceiling might come down. The breakfast was also rather skimpy. Overall, too... more

Stayed at this hotel for one night on a three week vacation and it was one night too many. The place was filthy and the woman at the reception desk was beyond rude. Do yourself a favour and keep driving to Rapid City for much nicer hotels for the same price or less, This place is a real dump. more

We needed a place to stay while visiting the Badlands. The Best Western did not disappoint. It's not the most luxurious hotel; however, it was a great choice for the area. We had no complaints whatsoever with the room, service or the complimentary breakfast. We did not have a problem with noise; however, we were not there during a peak... more

The room was nice, neat, and clean. The evening we stayed, we used the hot tub, pool, even the ice machine. The next morning we ate well at their free breakfast. It isn't the cheapest motel in South Dakota, but we got our money's worth. more

This hotel has a good location (Econo Lodge and Motel 6 are directly adjacent)...but that's all that's happening here. oWhen we arrived to the room, I removed my shoes to relax. Within a few minutes, the bottom of my socks were black. Needless to say, I continued to wear socks at this property. Also, on our last morning at this... more

Best value we found on our 9 day family vacation to Wyoming, Montana, Colorado and South Dakota. We booked a suite for our family of four with two teenagers. Huge room, with a separate bedroom, two tvs, great wireless internet service, nice pool and exercise room, free newspaper, friendly staff and a great continental breakfast. Very nice experience. more

Do not stay here. This should be called the hole in the wall of wall. This is the dirtiest, hotel we stayed in in a 3 week trip. The breakfast was burned waffles and cold coffee. The floors were so dirty and the bathrooms disgusting. There was no option of cancelling the $160 charged for the room. Owners were rude,... more

My family and I were on a three week vacation, and had extremely positive experiences everywhere but at the Wall Best Western. The rooms were not nearly as nice as any other motel we stayed in (including other Best Westerns that were less expensive). As another guest mentioned in 2005, the rooms could use some renovations and a family room... more

We found this hotel very nice. It was just a couple of minutes away from the Badlands, in walking distance of some decent food choices and very comfortable. I loved the fact that the sink was set apart from the toilet/tub and the entire bathroom set was placed behind a wall. Very useful when traveling with a group. My younger... more
