What a great place to stay. Our 2 bedroom unit was perfect. Lots of space, clean, well maintained. We had a beautiful view of the river from our balcony. It was nice and central to all that we wanted to do. Beautiful grounds. The roads around it weren't the best, but that is not the fault of Harbour Lights. I... more

My husband and I stayed two nights at Harbour Lights in one of their hotel style rooms. The room itself was clean and "homey" feeling. Everything about the room was OK - definitely not perfect but suitable. The pools are nice and the resort area is cohesive and safe feeling. The kids pool has fun fountains and decks for the... more

This resort is definitely not on the beach or even on the "strip" of Myrtle Beach but it feels like home! They have wonderful service and so many pools to choose from... the pool bar was fabulous! This is the perfect place to stay with a larger family or for a girlfriend getaway. It is five short minutes to every... more

We stayed a week at Harbour Lights resort in a 2-bedroom unit. Let's get the negatives out of the way. The roads around the resorts are tight. Large vehicles will have some difficulty if encountering another large vehicle. As for the room...first, our shower had mold where the shower wall meets the drywall. Not a little, alot (maybe 4"x2" space).... more

I was amazed when I walked in to my 2bedroom unit. The room was perfect for me and my friends who came down for a mini vaction. The room was very clean and the bathrooms were great. I loved the fact that the shower was seperate from the tub. The beds were soooo comfy too...... Everyone in the hotel was... more

As I read the raving reviews of Harbour Lights, I am simply amazed! I regretablly purchased a "Sampler Package" through Bluegreen resorts. (Not a good idea - a total waste of money!) Since I couldn't get in anywhere else Bluegreen "offers", we ended up at Harbour Lights. The TINY Hotel room did NOT IN ANY WAY meet our expecatations of... more

Here's a reality check for everybody reading these reviews-yes this resort is clean. It is also in a desolate area surrounded by vacant strip malls, construction zones, strip bars and miles to anything family friendly. Amenities were few and the internet was down for most of our time there (we were trying to look for somewhere else to stay!) The... more

This resort was great.I was a little afraid at first that the new amusement park going up would be loud and disturbing, but we never heard a thing. We had a 2 bdrm with a view of the Intracoastal waterway,it was nice to watch the boats go by.The unit was very clean and very spacious,as we had another couple go with us.The... more

My family and I stayed at Harbour Lights July 2007 and we loved it. It was nice and clean. We had a full kitchen and washer and dryer and with small kids that's what we needed. My dad moved there a few months back and this was our first time in Myrtle Beach. So, we will visit Myrtle Baech often... more

We had originally wanted to stay on the beach and were disappointed before we even left to go to Myrtle Beach that Harbour Lights wasn't on it. Upon arrival at Harbour Lights that disappointment was gone. The place and people were wonderful. Rooms were clean and nicely updated. Sitting by the pool that is directly on the waterway was fun... more
