I recently spent 4 nights at Park Lane and was very pleased. The management and staff were very friendly and attentive. I had stayed at this hotel when it was a Residence Inn and was surprised to see all of the upgrades and plans for additional renovations. You get a lot of bang for your buck at this place! more

Our room was in terrible condition. The kitchen cabinets were falling apart. There were sharp, jagged edges everywhere. The side facing the dining room had actually collapsed.
