The only good thing I can say is that the Monarch is right on the beach and is in a beautiful location. Other than that, we were extremely disappointed with the condition of our unit. The furniture, appliances, etc were outdated and in desperate need of renovation. Unless this resort is completely renovated, I would not recommend it. more
