Hilton Head Health Institute is not a good value. It is very pricey and the place is unkempt, badly run and does not deliver it's promises. I suggest going to Canyon Ranch or the Cooper Clinic over this yucky place. more

HHHI is neither a destination (lacks full range of spa services, spa food, and variety of exercise programs) nor medical spa (no medical personnel on site).
