We just came back 3 days ago.We arrived around midnight and we checked right in our room the front desk staff was very friendly, we were given room 279.There is no elavator so I would request a room on the first floor if you have trouble with stairs. The room smelt a little funny but did not bother us to... more

This former Holiday Inn may be okay for young people who are not very picky. It has a beautiful large outdoor pool and a TGI Friday's restaurant attached to it. The rooms are spacious and look clean with their white bed covers. But there are problems that are not visible right away. My room (room 102) had a leaking air... more

My wife and I attended a wrestling tournament at the college and stayed here for 2 nights. It was an excellent value for the discounted price we paid. Our room was adequate and clean. The thing we liked best was the complimentary chocolate chip cookies coming right out of the oven in the afternoon and the complimentary hot chocolate/coffee/tea. They... more

We chose the Best Western Williamsport based on our positive experiences staying at Best Western properties in Western U.S., which seemed more upscale than this one. The good news is that the staff at the Williamsport Best Western was very friendly, the room was very clean, and the complimentary hot breakfast was decent, if not great. The bad news, for... more

Rita greeted the bus guests with a warm welcome reception with cheese, crackers, fruit, beverages in comfy room where the free huge breakfast was held the next morning. She had heard about the shoddy treatment (denial of free breakfast for tour guests) at Brossard Best Western and wanted to prove that Best Western is devoted to customer service and 'home... more

This hotel was pretty highly rated so I was expecting a little more than what we got. It was old and I guess it needs to be refurbished a little because the room was dark and only had one chair other than a desk chair. They didn't have many brochures of what to do in the area and staff didn't... more

We spent one night at this hotel on our way home from a week long vacation through Pensylvannia and we thought it was a fine hotel. The neighbourhood is good. There are plenty of restaurants close by. The pool was good. Overall we would rate this as a great hotel to stay at. more

My wife and I just returned from Williamsport and we spent 2 nights at the Best Western. The front desk staff is very friendly and got us checked in quickly. You access your room from a covered outside corridor, so I was a little concerned about staying warm (and truth be told we were cold while trying to open the... more

Super-friendly desk staff; clean, spacious room with ultra-comfortable desk chair, terrific hot/cold breakfast including many cold/hot cereals, eggs, sausages, waffles, fruit and more; convenient to loads of all types of restaurants. One caveat-if you are a very light sleeper, you might be bothered by the trains which pass nearby. more

The staff at the Best Western Williamsport is the best by far out of any hotel I have stayed in. I was warmly greeted as soon as I walked through the front door and the girl who checked me in took the time to "chat" with me as she checked me in. Very sweet. The maintenance man on duty who... more
