Stayed one night, 5 people including 2 19 yr olds, 20 yr old. Chose the hotel for location near Philly. Accommodations were excellent; very clean, plenty of space for five with 2 doubles and a sofa bed. Pool and spa were nice, small but useful exercise room. Went to look at the pool at 8PM - empty, no clean towels.... more

I have stayed at this hotel for 1 night every year for the past 7 years. I think it has slipped the past couple of years. Just stayed this past Friday night (7/19). It seems the power had been off and came back about 20 minutes before we got there. I am told that this has happened a few times... more

This is a typical "suite hotel", but the suites do NOT have any door separating the bedroom from the living room. So if you are bringing kids and want privacy, this would not be ideal. One TV that swivels between the living and sleeping area. Unlike embassy that has two TV's. However, other than that, it is very nicely done.... more

We stayed at this suburban Philadelphia hotel during spring break 2008. It was close to Valley Forge and King of Prussia Mall, two of the places we wanted to see on our trip. While the location was okay - too far for visiting downtown Philadelphia - the hotel itself is in need of refurbishment. The refrigerator was barely cold, so... more

We, family of 4, 2 adults in mid-30s, and 2 kids (11 and 4) stayed here for 3 nights in late March 28, 2008. The hotel is all suites, with a separate sleep and “living/sitting area”. We had 2 doubles, a sleep sofa, a work table and a little area with a small “cooler box”, a microwave and a sink.... more

The rooms were nice enough, but the layout of the floors and room seem cramped and don't seem to flow. Staff friendly, and helpful. Very convenient location off freeway, right across street from a pretty good Macaroni Grill. Beds were soft, which I personally did not like. more

After reading the reviews on this hotel, my husband and I chose this hotel for a one night weekend stay for his aunt's Birthday party that we were attending. The hotel is clean, but it could use a facelift. Over all it wasn't horrible. But it wasn't the greatest either. It was more for a business traveler. The only thing I... more

A quick overnight trip that was very pleasing. Spring Hill was an excellent value at $119. I guess there are not to many that are much cheaper these days are there? The place was clean top to bottom.Could not even find any cob webs hiding. Nice room, GREAT bed! Staff were pleasant and helpful from desk folks right down the... more

Stayed at this property for 6 nights. Rooms were clean and what should be expected at this chain. Staff was professional and helpufl. Breakfast was plentiful and quite diverse in the offerings. The location is excellent. It is near every route and every kind of store and restaurant. The grounds were landscaped and cared for perfectly. I have not a... more
