Our family stayed in this hotel and we booked about 8 rooms total - we had an event in town. I was able to see 5 of the rooms and can tell you that we were in the nicest and cleanest of them all (which isn't saying much). I visited Pittsburgh and had planned to stay a week so reserved here. Since my work got over earlier, I wanted to check out earlier but the front desk denied to return remaining amount and moreever ended up in argument. Room was not clean and be aware of unsolicitated calls from call girls around the area. more

Lou at front desk was blatantly hostile. Received no room service, bed unmade, no clean towels, bathroom not cleaned. Complained to front desk and corporate office, and received no response. We will never stay there again! more

When I made the reservation I requested a non-smoking room. When we got there they only had smoking rooms and told me they can't guarentee a non-smoking room. The room stank of smoke, air conditioner worked spottily, fridge ran very loudly all night. I will NEVER stay here agin. more
