Some positives about this hotel are: looks newer, big rooms, clean, very good breakfast and nice choices, comfortable beds. Some negatives about this hotel: Not to friendly check-in, one elevator broken, and loud shower. All in all this is a good buget choice if you are looking for something safe and clean. Our room had a stand up shower with... more

We stayed with out children at this wonderful hotel for 3 nights. The staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has 6 floors, indoor pool and jacuzzi, as well as fitness room. The bathrooms have a big shower but no tub which was a problem for my younger child who likes to take bubble... more

We are a traveling singing group for a ministry. We travel all over and sometimes we stay in some horrible places! This hotel was way better than we expected. They have us a great rate and were so friendly and helpful. When we arrived around 9:00 pm. They had all our keys ready for us with everyones names on them.... more

We were in for a wine conference and the hotel (from what I was told) was booked solid. So when we came in we were put in our rooms right away. The hotel itself has not been updated since the early 90's; so you get what you pay for, carpet everywhere!! and out dated furniture etc. The housekeeping did a... more

This was our second stay at this property, our first being February 2006. We were quoted a price of $99 per night, but they have a 50+ rate (which my husband qualified for as he just hit the big 50!) of $89 per night. We stayed two nights and really feel this hotel can't be beat for the price paid.... more

We gave up on the nearby Homestead Suites because it was so filthy and switched to the Sleep Inn/Main Stay Suites. It was a little cleaner but our room and the hall carpets were never swept the five days we were there despite bringing it to the attention of the staff. The WiFi didn't work properly and we had to... more

I stay here frequently and overall, it's fine. Can't beat the breakfast which is included. Internet connection is always good too. My only complaint is that this hotel, along with many others use some sort of cleaning solution that leaves an odor in the rooms. I have yet to figure it out, but many hotels use it and it can... more

Wew stayed at this Sleep Inn for 4 nights and were very pleased with everything. It is very clean and quiet, the breakfast is excellent, including make-your-own waffles, eggs, sausage, and the usual toast. bagels, cereal, juice, and coffee. The room is large and we never had a probem getting a table, unlike some previous reviews. There was even a... more

We stayed at the Sleep Inn while visiting Philadelphia. It is about 40 minutes from downtown. The area was very safe. The hotel is very well kept. It is attached to a Mainstay Suites. I asked to see a room at Mainstay. It was a beautiful 1 bedroom suite. However, we only needed the regular bedroom. The suite had a... more

I called to modify my reservation today. I was put on hold for about 15 minutes without an explanation. When I called back the employee, Tasha, yelled at me that there were several calls ahead of me and that they would get to me when it was my turn. I asked to speak to the manager and she said he... more
