It was everyhting we expected. We did have a couple of things that needed fixed. I made a phone call and they were there to fix them the same day. I booked this room for 3 days on AAA.com after reading reviews on Trip Advisor and seeing pictures. Got a great deal from AAA for a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite. We had originally hoped to get a deal on this through a friend who has a timeshare, but in the end, we booked directly through bluegreen so we paid full price for the suite. We enjoyed our stay at the Suites and did not have a single complaint. My sister and two cousins were in PA (from TX and AR) for five days to do geneaology research and some sightseeing. This place is great, i am a bluegreen owner, this was our first time to stay at this resort. Everything was A plus. We stayed in building 3 you could sometimes here the traffic late at night on hershey drive, but no big deal. Hershey Suites had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen had plenty of tools such as a whisk, spatulas for the aluminum and Teflon pans, casserole and baking pans, electric and manual can openers, blender, and mixer.
