I enjoyed this hotel from our long day at Kings Island. We stayed on the 1st floor and was able to get checked in and our bags quickly into our room in less than 5 minutes. Nice and soft king bed. High 20 ft ceilings. Has all the amenities of a Wingate that others had mentioned. Would definately stay here... more

I stayed here despite a bad review that I read, just because it looked so nice. The employees were very friendly, the room was great, very clean, with a soothing modern design. Breakfast was very good- the real glasses, coffee mugs and plates were a pleasant change from the normal paper and foam. I would definately recommend. more

The place was nice.. very new and LOOKED clean. I stayed there on a monday night. The hotel doesn't have any resturant in it. The Wingate Inn is quite attractive and comfortable. The best thing by far about the hotel is its location: tucked away from the highway exit area. The surroundings are quiet, relatively pretty, and you can actually walk -- on sidewalks! -- to a nearby restaurant. This was an unexpected benefit, most welcome after hours on the road! more

This hotel markets itself as business hotel, but my family found it to be an ideal place to stay when visiting King's Island. This was a mediocre experience. We had booked a queen bed and by the time we realized we had a full bed instead we were too tired to ask for a change of room. The pool is small and so are the rooms. The refrigerator was not turned to cold so was pretty useless. We found the front desk staff... more
