Stayed here on a business trip during the Farnborough air show. The staff was courteous and friendly, and there is a nice garden area to have a drink and relax - which came in handy (read on). Avoid. Room stinks of damp. Room carpet filthy. Rooms in desperate need of refurbishment. Soap dispenser in shower broken. Room light not working. Both chefs away that evening so only limited bar food. more
