we arrived at the Ibis to be told the lift had broken down and we were on the 4th floor, not a huge problem until we walked into the no smoking room to discover somebody had been smoking. The room stank! We walked back down to reception to be informed they could put us in a disabled room on the... more

Everything the previous reviewer said is correct, not easy to find etc, but once there it is OK , the rooms are a good standard and clean, I have stayed at the Travelodge near by and would prefer to stay at this IBIS , parking is easy and the security gate is closed at night and entry is monitored ,... more

I stayed at the Ibis for 2 nights in December whilst working in the Lakeside shopping centre. Here's a few thoughts on my stay. Good bits:- Location - located right on the doorstep of the Lakeside shopping centre and retail parks. Local amenities - There's pretty much everything you want on your doorstep, restaurants, bars, 24hr shops, it's all there.... more
