I booked this hotel for my parents who are in their seventies. They came down for the weekend to do some shopping and spend some time with me. I got a good deal via the web and whilst not a luxury 5 star hotel the hotel looked a reasonable standard for a short stay and adequate for my parents needs.... more

Booked a room (number 130), for one night only, (thank god) at this disappointing hotel. Upon check-in, I was greeted by a young girl with more cleavage on show than Jordan and totally lacking any spark or personality. As soon as I started to walk towards my room (down the dated corridors) I started to feel uneasy. The room itself... more

It is many years since I have been to this hotel and the first time I have stayed. I was there as part of a team event so we had many rooms booked. I believe Park Inns are starting to spend some money on the site and it sure needs it. The front of house is actually very nice and... more

A few of us stayed at the Park Inn on 22-June-07. We booked several weeks in advance but there were no doubles left so my husband and I had a premier room whilst the other 2 couples had a standard twin. All the rooms were very basic. Our premier room was in the "Garden Suite". It was on the large... more

Found hotel Ok, Check in was a little slow but eventually got into our room. The room was nice and clean, but a little on the small side, but couldn't complain at the price. It had its own pub attached to the hotel which was nicely done out and we watched the England game on a large screen in there.... more

With a very limited choice of accommodation in this area I stayed at this hotel with my mother whilst visiting family. First impressions were not great as on entering you are hit by the overwhelming smell of smoke from the sports bar adjacent to the reception. Next thing was that although I had booked an executive room (with confirmation) I... more

I stayed at the hotel while with a conference and found all the front desk staff very friendly, although there were a number of them behind the desk. I was even asked if I wanted help with my bags, a question I had never been asked in a small hotel before. The room I had looked over a patio area,... more

We Stayed at the hotel in Late June early July to help some family move to the area and have a lovely time. We were very impressed with the hotel location, so close to the M25/A13 yet you cannot hear a thing. It is also close to both Lakeside & Bluewater shopping centres, and only 20 mintues to the City... more

The hotel its self is lovely, however we were given a room which seemed ok until we came to go to sleep.Underneath our room was a door which was slammed all night by staff,we got no sleep at all. When we told the staff, they just said yes we know.We had a few problems that were greeted with the same response, would not stay... more

Oh dear, don't rely on the website to give u any idea's bout this hotel. I had the misfortune of staying here thru work and picked it as the website made it look ok. I thought it was a dump, I am used to staying in nice hotels but can put up with most things if I have to, but... more
