I booked this hotel on Make My Trip as it was a "recommended" hotel. What a mistake! Although I had paid for all meals and accommodation in advance, I couldn't face a night here. I live in India and am used to the range of things on offer, but there was a sense that this place had given up trying.... more

We booked this through an Indian travel website, as we wanted to escape Mumbai for the weekend. What we found was a total disgrace. For India this hotel was NOT cheap and the same price as other nearby hotels that were far superior in quality.
